Job summary

ABM is seeking a skilled joiner/handyman to deliver responsive maintenance and a range of repairs across client estates in Belfast. The role covers response repairs, void works, roofing tasks, and general handyman duties, with a focus on safety and quality service.

You will survey sites, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs while coordinating with the facilities management team. A UK driving licence is preferred and experience in joinery and maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests, perform joinery and handyman tasks.
• Survey and fault-find to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Perform roofing repairs and gutter maintenance as needed.
• Provide high-quality customer service and clearly communicate repairs and processes.
• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections (fire doors, gutters, windows).
• Assist in cost-effective collaboration with facilities management team and document inspections.
