Job summary

ABM Belfast is seeking a skilled Joiner/Handyman to deliver timely response maintenance across facilities, including joinery and general handyman tasks. The role requires strong surveying, fault finding, and roofing repair capabilities, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a joiner and handyman, with response maintenance experience.
• Surveying, fault finding, and roofing repair skills.
• Ability to perform a variety of handyman tasks with good customer service.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Certification or apprenticeship in joinery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance requests promptly, including joinery repairs and handyman duties.
• Carry out roofing repairs and gutter maintenance as needed.
• Perform surveys and fault finding to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with facilities management team to plan tasks and report findings.
• Maintain records of inspections and works.
