About the Client:

They operate a shared workspace with 16 units, co-working areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces in Liskeard. They foster a lively and engaging business community, not just providing a workplace.

The Role:

This position supports the on-site manager in ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and community building within the innovation centre. It primarily covers the site manager when they are unavailable, with planned flexibility and occasional ad-hoc duties.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing tenants and occupants, engaging with the community
  • Marketing vacant spaces and conducting viewings
  • Maintaining the building's safety, appearance, and functionality
  • Proposing and implementing site improvement initiatives
  • Supporting third-party events at the venue
  • Other facility and workspace management activities
