Position: Community Mission Manager

We are seeking a Community Mission Manager who is passionate about art and craft for wellbeing. The ideal candidate will believe in the ministry enabled through creative activities and possess relevant art and craft skills, experience, or qualifications to contribute to The Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the mission to the local community within a large and complex setting.
  • Manage operational aspects of the mission programme.
  • Oversee business resources including finances, people, buildings, and ensure procedural and statutory compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven interpersonal skills and experience in managing staff and/or volunteers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enjoy working with people and deal tactfully with staff, volunteers, and the public.
  • Understanding of community needs and proficiency in English.
  • Commitment to the values, aims, and ethos of The Salvation Army.

Note: There is an occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing committed Christian.
