Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with operational activities in accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight and procurement.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Manage workplace hospitality for guests, visitors and employees.
• Resolve issues with building services, janitorial, conference rooms and furniture.
• Ensure facilities comply with local health, safety and fire codes.
• Coordinate maintenance and CMMS tickets to meet SLAs.
• Manage budgets and cost-saving ideas.
