Job summary

Mayne Pharma is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator for our Salisbury site, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. You will coordinate external contractors and support safe, compliant operation of site utilities and facilities.

The role requires strong contractor management, GMP/WHS knowledge, and excellent communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. You will work within a regulated manufacturing environment to drive continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing external contractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• High level of documentation skills in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of GMP requirements and WHS standards.
• Experience with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external contractors for building repairs and facility maintenance.
• Manage service providers for building systems and utilities.
• Act as subject matter expert for Building Management Systems (e.g., Schneider/Johnson Controls).
• Ensure contractor permits, licences, inductions, reports and records are current and stored correctly.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance of all contractor work.
• Support change controls and quality events with the Quality team.
• Requisition replacement parts and contribute to maintenance goals.
• Provide backup support to Maintenance leadership when required.
