Job summary

The City of Edinburgh Council seeks a Facilities Technician at Bingham Community Centre. You will deliver janitorial and basic maintenance across our estate, supporting moves and ensuring safe, clean buildings.

The role offers 12 hours per week with pro-rata pay (£27,257–£29,850). PVG checks apply; flexible hours and pension benefits are available to support balance with family, study or caring commitments.

Qualifications

• Day to day FM, janitorial and DIY operations across buildings, from small repairs to general maintenance and basic security functions.
• Equipment and furniture/fitting maintenance.
• Building maintenance and services.
• Security of premises and grounds.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Cleaning / Tidying.

Responsibilities
