Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting an entry-level Facilities Maintenance Technician Level 1 for our resort, hotels, Adventure Golf and New Woodland Village. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance, safety checks and small projects, with supervision as you learn the asset management system (Infor).

You will contribute to safe, efficient operations. Ideal candidates have a basic maintenance mindset, the right to work in the UK, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must have full right to work in the UK.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Entry-level role with opportunity to learn and progress in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance tasks to keep park facilities safe and functional.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance tasks on a weekly/monthly/annual basis.
• Assist in minor projects and modifications to existing installations.
• Conduct daily inspections of play areas to ensure safety for guests.
