Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is looking for a proactive Facilities Team Leader to supervise a small maintenance crew and ensure the centre stays well maintained to high standards. You will lead by example, oversee day-to-day facilities tasks, liaise with customers about faults, and participate in induction and ongoing training to support career progression within the group.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced leisure environment with flexible hours and access to training programmes,

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising a team.
• Positive attitude and approach to tasks.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to get the best out of them.
• Ability to work on own initiative and proactively identify faults.
• Good IT literacy and numeracy skills.
• Organised and able to plan workload effectively.
• Pride in maintaining facilities around the centre.
