Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is hiring a Facilities Team Leader to supervise a small maintenance team in our busy bowling and leisure centres across the UK. You’ll ensure all equipment is kept to the highest standard and coordinate daily work with the centre team.

The role welcomes hands-on leaders with a proactive approach to faults and ongoing regulatory compliance, plus training and development through apprenticeships and in-house management programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and leading a small maintenance group.
• Background in general maintenance, mechanical or electrical preferred.
• Strong IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Organised and able to plan workload effectively.
• Flexible around working hours and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a maintenance team to deliver high standards of upkeep.
• Ensure centre equipment is maintained to the highest possible standard.
• Coordinate tasks with the centre team and liaise with customers about faults.
• Participate in induction and ongoing training to support career development.
