Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to lead a small maintenance team within one of our bowling and leisure centres across the UK. You will be hands-on, motivated, and ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

You will receive ongoing training, opportunities to join apprenticeship programmes and in-house management training, plus a range of benefits including pension, extra holidays with service, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising a team.
• Positive attitude and approach to everything you do.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to get the best out of them.
• Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Be organised and able to plan workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a maintenance team to deliver high standards.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
