Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to guide a small maintenance team within a busy centre. You will supervise, motivate and ensure all equipment is maintained to high standards while keeping the centre compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Positive attitude and approach to work.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to get the best out of them.
• Ability to work on own initiative, pro-actively seeking problems and faults with machinery.
• Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Be organised and able to plan workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with team and customers about faults experienced at the centre.
