Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to manage a small maintenance team and ensure centre equipment is maintained to the highest standards. You’ll lead a hands-on team, coordinate repairs and safety checks, and provide coaching to develop talent within the crew.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a team.
• Positive attitude with proactive approach.
• Ability to motivate and develop a small team.

• Good IT literacy, numeracy and basic reporting skills.

• Flexibility around working hours and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small maintenance team to deliver high standards.
• Ensure all bowling and site equipment is maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Liaise with team and customers to communicate faults and resolutions.
• Provide inductions, ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
• Collaborate with centre management on approved works and scheduling.
