Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to manage a small maintenance team and ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will work hands-on alongside the centre team and liaise with customers about faults, while driving ongoing training and development.

Ideally you have general maintenance experience and leadership skills. The role includes induction, apprenticeship opportunities, and progression through in-house management training

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising a team.
• A positive attitude and approach to everything you do.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to get the best out of them.
• Ability to work on own initiative, pro-actively seeking problems and faults with machinery.
• Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Be organised and able to plan workload effectively.
• As well as looking after our machinery, you'll also take pride in looking after the facilities around the centre.
• Flexible around working hours.
