Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to manage a maintenance focused role within our centres. You will lead a small team, ensure equipment and facilities are maintained to high standards, and liaise with staff and customers about any faults.

Comprehensive induction and ongoing development will be provided. The role offers training programmes, potential career progression, and benefits aligned with our fast-paced entertainment environments.

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising a team.
• Positive attitude and approach to everything you do.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to get the best out of them.
• Ability to work on own initiative, pro-actively seeking problems and faults with machinery.
• Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Be organised and able to plan workload effectively.
• Pride in looking after the facilities around the centre.
• Flexible around working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to maintain equipment to high standards.
• Be in charge of keeping the centre maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Liaise with team and customers about faults experienced at the centre.
• Provide induction and ongoing training and development.
• Support career progression through apprenticeship programmes and in-house training.
