Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Facilities Team Leader for our Livingston centre. You will lead a small maintenance team, oversee equipment maintenance to high standards, and work with staff and customers to resolve faults.

The role includes induction and ongoing training, with clear pathways to apprenticeship programmes within the company. The ideal candidate has general maintenance experience, the ability to motivate a team, and strong IT and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Background in general maintenance is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a small maintenance team to deliver high standards.
• Oversee centre equipment maintenance to comply with regulations.
• Liaise with staff and customers about faults and repairs.
• Lead induction and training for new team members and apprenticeships where available.
• Contribute to ongoing development and progression opportunities within the group.
