Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the maintenance team to deliver high service standards.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards and compliant with regulations.
• Liaise with team and customers about any faults experienced at the centre.
• Oversee induction and ongoing training for team members.
• Support centre operations and coordinate with other departments as needed.
