Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in Newport is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to oversee housekeeping, safety, maintenance and compliance across our key worker accommodation. You will lead the Facilities Team, including a Caretaker and Housekeepers, ensuring high service standards and coordinating with contractors to meet asset management requirements.

This permanent, part-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with DBS check in place for successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housekeeping and maintenance in residential settings.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Strong communication, reliability and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Facilities Team (Caretaker and Housekeepers) to uphold high cleanliness, safety and maintenance standards across the accommodation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors, ensuring compliant service delivery and asset management.
• Drive service excellence and support development of team members while meeting performance targets.
