The Who...

Whether you have a background in maintenance, technical, mechanical, or electrical work, this could be your next role. Previous experience as a bowling technician isn’t necessary; as long as you have general maintenance experience and team leadership skills, we will train you in the other aspects of the role.

As a Facilities Team Leader, you will be a motivated, hands-on leader working alongside our centre team. You’ll lead and motivate your team, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, and be responsible for maintaining the centre and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will liaise with both the team and customers regarding any faults experienced at the centre.

You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeship and management training programmes to support your career growth.

To be successful as a Facilities Team Leader, you should have:

  • Experience supervising a team
  • A positive attitude and approach
  • Ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, especially with machinery
  • Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Strong organizational skills and workload planning
  • Pride in maintaining facilities and machinery
  • Flexibility in working hours
