Job summary

Plymouth City Council is seeking a proactive Facilities Team Leader for a 3-month secondment. The role focuses on managing a Facilities Management team to ensure safe, compliant, and well-run buildings across the city.

The post may require evenings, weekends, and travel between sites to support Council operations. You will be the Person In Control (PIC) for nominated sites, guaranteeing health and safety compliance and a suitable working environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities or service teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to building management.
• Ability to work flexibly outside normal hours and travel between sites.

Responsibilities
