Job summary

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting Facilities Supervisors (Band 3) to support Soft FM Domestic services. The role spans cleaning, catering and residencies across Royal Stoke Hospital, with occasional cross-site duties.

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to complete paperwork relevant to duties.
• NVQ Assessors Award in Supervisory or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery of cleaning, catering and residencies to a high standard.
• Lead a team of around 150 staff and maintain relationships with Trust management.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, infection prevention and quality standards.
