Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Facilities Team Leader/Supervisor (Band 3) at Braintree Community Hospital. You will supervise Domestic, Catering, Portering and Security services on site, ensuring a safe, efficient and quality service for all users.

The role requires knowledge of soft FM services, COSHH, and healthcare environment experience, with GCSEs and Level 2 Food Hygiene. Part-time hours and pro rata salary apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soft facilities management services and COSHH.
• Basic IT and keyboard skills required.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
• Provide a high standard of customer service within the site.
• Administrative tasks prioritised and completed on time.
• Maintain communication with wards/departments and report to the Facilities Site Manager.
