Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for a major FMCG logistics operation in Mexborough. The role leads a team of six engineers, oversees maintenance planning and day-to-day activities in a large distribution centre.

Salary ranges from £47,000 in year one to £50,000 in year two, with 33 days holiday, a 4% pension match and company benefits. Hours are 45 per week with flexible start times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor or equivalent position.
• Background in logistics, food, FMCG or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6 Facilities Maintenance Engineers.
• Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) strategies.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports for management.
