Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is acting on behalf of a globally recognised logistics/FMCG business to recruit a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance function at a large distribution centre in Mexborough.

You will head a team of 6 engineers, develop and implement PPM strategies, and balance office planning with floor-based activities across a 45-hour week with flexible start and finish times.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a logistics or FMCG environment.
• Ability to develop and implement predictive maintenance (PPM) strategies.
• Strong scheduling and planning skills for a warehouse/distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6 Facilities Maintenance Engineers.
