Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support the Building Manager in day-to-day operations at a City of London site. The role involves maintaining building fabric, safety compliance, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors and tenants.

You will work with a small on-site team, engage with clients and occupiers, and ensure service quality meets contractual and health & safety standards. The position is on-site in London with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a facilities environment in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of premises management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• IOS H requirement preferred and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the fabric of the building to a high standard in line with contract and budgets.
• Assist with drafting, controlling and reporting the service charge budget.
• Carry out regular site inspections and organise remedial actions as needed.
• Work with Building Manager and stakeholders to ensure maintenance programmes.
• Participate in regular tenant meetings and address issues per service criteria.
• Ensure health and safety audits and Meridian HS management tool usage.
• Coordinate major works with consultants and on-site teams.
• Assist in management reporting and external procurement processes.
• Oversee contractor work to meet contractual standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
