Job summary

A leading FM service provider is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to join their team. You will supervise daily operations, support the Facilities Manager, ensure compliance with regulations, and liaise with clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in facilities management and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar facilities role (Team Leader/Supervisor or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH desirable).
  • Practical, can-do attitude with ability to lead by example.

Are you a hands-on, organised Facilities Supervisor ready to take the next step in your FM career?

Were looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our growing team at a leading FM service provider. In this client-facing role, youll be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of hard and/or soft FM services across a dynamic and fast-paced site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations including cleaning, maintenance, security, and other site services
  • Support the Facilities Manager in managing staff, contractors, and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Respond to reactive maintenance issues and oversee planned maintenance schedules
  • Carry out site inspections and audits, ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Liaise with the client and internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar facilities role (Team Leader/Supervisor or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH desirable)
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • A practical, can-do attitude with the ability to lead by example
  • Competent with CAFM systems and general IT skills
