Parish Church of England Primary School is seeking a part-time caretaker to assist the Site Manager in maintaining a safe, clean and orderly school environment. The role includes carrying out maintenance and repairs under direction, porterage and lettings support, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and COSHH rules.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, communicative, friendly and a strong team player with good time management.

• Basic DIY tasks experience is essential.
• Multi-trade experience desirable.
• Able to follow and give clear instructions.
• Experience in a similar background is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Site Manager in ensuring the school site is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
• Undertake maintenance and repair work, following the Site Manager's direction, ensuring repairs are carried out promptly.
• Assist with site management tasks including porterage and lettings duties.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures and COSHH regulations.
• Act as keyholder and be responsible for security, including daily lock up and cover leave.
