Job summary

Complete Facilities is hiring a Facilities Services Operative to support our team across Jersey sites. You’ll handle a mix of specialist tasks from deep cleaning to floor-care and window cleaning.

This role runs 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, and requires a full driving licence. You’ll work proactively across customer sites, stepping in where needed to complete a range of sometimes unusual jobs. No two days are the same, offering variety beyond typical cleaning roles.

We’re looking for a practical, reliable and proactive person to join our dynamic Facilities Services team at Complete Facilities.

This isn’t your typical cleaning role.

You’ll work across our business and customer sites throughout Jersey, stepping in where we need support most and helping us deliver a wide range of specialist jobs.

One day you might be carrying out a deep clean or operating specialist floor‑cleaning equipment; another could involve window cleaning, gutter clearance, waste removal, confidential shredding or supporting one of our teams with a more unusual job.

08:00 – 16:00 | Monday to Friday

Full driving licence essential
