This apprenticeship will offer you valuable experience of working for a progressive Local Authority. You will undertake professional development activities and work towards the achievement of Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship standard. This will be supported by a designated line manager, Workplace mentor, inclusive employment manager and dedicated programme tutor.

The standard duration of the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative apprenticeship is 13 months for a full-time apprentice. As this apprenticeship is being undertaken on a part-time basis, the duration is likely to be extended to ensure the apprentice has sufficient time to complete the required training and assessment activities.

Working Pattern (Rolling 2-Week Rota)

• Week 1

  • Monday: 7:00am to 1:00pm
  • Thursday: 7:00am to 1:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am to 1:30pm

• Week 2

  • Monday: 11:30am to 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 11:30am to 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 11:00am to 5:30pm

This is a rolling two-week rota that alternates between Week 1 and Week 2 working patterns.
