Job summary

Vaultex UK Ltd in Warrington is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead site facilities and Health & Safety compliance, reporting to the Head of Facilities Management. You will coordinate maintenance, training, and risk controls across the site and satellite locations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in PPM environments, and good IT skills. You will be the go‑to person for facilities issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure incidents are logged and resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• IOSSH qualification required or essential for internal candidates
• Proven experience in a PP M environment
• Strong communication and engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor standards, processes, and compliance inspections for Facilities & Health & Safety.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and Head of Facilities Management to ensure resources are in place.
• Be the go‑to person for Facilities & Health & Safety matters.
• Manage training needs for Centre’s Facilities & Health & Safety requirements.
• Oversee relevant project works with support from Head of Facilities Management.
• Compile and maintain library of Facilities compliance documents (Site Responsible Person Compliance Planner).
• Ensure planned maintenance and scheduled works are carried out as required.
• Escalate reactive maintenance issues to appropriate suppliers or Head of Facilities Management.
• Log and escalate potential additional works for budget allocation and planning.
• Support and manage site additional works as directed by Head of Facilities Management.
