Job summary

Vaultex is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee site facilities and health & safety compliance at our Warrington location. You will coordinate maintenance, inspections, and training, ensuring adherence to Vaultex policies and statutory requirements.

Role requires IOSSH qualification, experience in a PPM environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents calmly and effectively. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• IOSSH qualification – essential (preferred for internal candidates)
• Proven experience in a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) environment
• Strong people management skills and excellent communication and engagement skills
• Proven IT skills with MS Office applications and knowledge of electronic security systems
• Able to demonstrate good judgment and remain calm under pressure when incidents occur

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor facilities and safety standards across the site and satellite locations.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and compliance tasks.
• Oversee training requirements and development for facilities and H&S.
• Liaise with the Head of Facilities Management to ensure resources meet business needs.
• Manage and escalate incidents and safety-related issues as required.
