Job summary

The role interfaces with stakeholders, Site Operations & Maintenance, customers, and contractors; requires active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and a proven PM track record.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field with 8+ years of relevant experience in IC, DOD, or Commercial Sector.
• Experience with contracting, designing, and construction of facilities in the Federal Government.
• Experience reviewing technical documents and providing feedback.
• Demonstrated PM skills managing performance, budget, and schedules with control gates.
• Ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison, coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels.
• Work with the executing agent to ensure requirements are met on time, with quality and within budget.
• Coordinate resource allocation and maintain document control.
• Develop and deliver construction/contract documentation, including SOWs, cost and schedule estimates, and daily reports.
• Input and maintain PM data in the client's system of record.
• Analyze and improve organizational processes.

SAIC is seeking a top-notchFacilities Project Managerto support our mission in Harrogate, England.This position is responsible for providing project management expertise for the coordination, planning, and work prioritization of assigned projects ranging in value from $100K to $40M or more. To qualify, an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

In this role you will serve as an interface between stakeholders;Site Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support;Customers; and the construction/design contractoron matters related to requirements,technical accuracy,prioritization,andprojectexecution.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels.
• Work withtheexecuting agent toensure that customer requirements areaccomplishedon time, to the specified quality, and within budget.
• Coordinate resource allocation andmaintaindocument control.
• Develop and deliver construction/contract documentation, including but not limited to Statements of Work, cost and schedule estimates, and daily reports.
• Input andmaintainproject management data in the client’s system of record.
• Analyze and take the initiative to improve organizational processes.

• Bachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field with 8+ years of relevant experience in IC, DOD, or Commercial Sector in the last 12 years

• Experience withcontracting, designing, and construction of facilities and facilities-related projects in the Federal Government
• Experience reviewing technicaldocuments andproviding constructive feedback
• Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates
• Ability to work withdifferent groupsof varying backgrounds

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with facility electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with the client
• Master’s Degree in a Business, Engineering Architectural Field, or related field
• Project Management Institutes’ PMP or equivalent project management certification
