Job summary

Ursuline Academy Ilford is seeking a part-time Premises Officer to maintain, repair and secure the Academy’s premises. The role requires you to be a key holder and provide an efficient premises service, including occasional work outside contracted hours for emergencies or events.

Temporary post from September 2026 to August 2027, 2 days and 14 hours per week, salary scale 5 with actual salary £12,652–£13,610 per annum (Outer London Allowance).

Qualifications

• Experience in premises maintenance and security roles.
• Flexibility to work shifts and out-of-hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties contributing to maintenance, repair and security of the Academy’s premises.
• Be a key holder for the Academy premises/sites.
• Provide an efficient Premises service.
• Role may involve shift work and out-of-hours when required, including emergencies or events.
