Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting an experienced Porter for the Chester site. The role involves moving furniture on site, taking down wall hangings, shelves and posters, breaking down and building furniture after moves, tidying open areas, painting and basic site repairs, and driving a van between sites to transport furniture and staff.

Working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. A driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in high profile work environment.
• A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential.
• PC literate.
• Good Customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Moving furniture across site.
• Take down wall hangings, shelves & posters.
• Break down & build furniture after move or when new.
• Tidying & cleaning of open areas.
• Painting / deocrating.
• Basic site repairs.
• Driving the van between sites to transport furniture / staff.
