Job summary

The position supports budgeting, CapEx planning, and site strategies within a hybrid work environment. Applicants must be undergraduates for the entire placement and study toward a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Studying toward a degree in Facilities Management, Business, Operations Management, or equivalent
• Excellent IT skills (Google-Suite)
• Ability to make decisions based on evidence

Responsibilities

• Support the site HO Customer Facing with the financial management of budgets and forecasting
• Participate in capital investment (CapEX) planning and projects according to Airbus principles
• Develop site strategies alongside the HO customer facing for the site to include space management, sustainability, real estate, services etc
• Lead projects that support workplace improvements across the site as part of the Better Workplace program
• Provide accurate, timely reporting with transparent performance metrics to continually improve service
• Build relationships across the plant to anticipate business needs
