Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an Estates and Facilities Operational Supervisor to oversee cleaning and patient catering services and lead a team of up to 40 staff. You will manage staff rotas, attendance, payroll, appraisals, and respond to patient feedback and risk assessments.

The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and rotating 2-week shifts of 11 hours, including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising large teams is advantageous.
• Experience with staff rotas and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage attendance, appraisals and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily staff rotas and oversee payroll and attendance.
• Conduct attendance meetings, audits and monitoring.
• Direct daily activities and appraisals; act on patient feedback and risks.
