Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking a Site Operations Lead to provide visible leadership across site manufacturing operations, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of customer requirements.

Reporting to the Site Leadership Team, you will drive production performance, embed continuous improvement, lead Lean initiatives, and develop a high-performing manufacturing culture with a strong focus on safety, quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a manufacturing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first site operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive production plans, improve efficiency and reliability.
• Build and manage a pipeline of continuous improvement projects with measurable benefits.
• Raise audit readiness and strengthen compliance performance.
• Develop a high-performing, engaged manufacturing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance on improvement programmes.
• Lead cross-functional projects delivering sustainable business results.
