Landmarc Support Services Limited is seeking an operational leader to manage a site within the Defence Training Estate. You will direct a multi-skilled team, oversee facilities, safety, and service delivery, and ensure compliance for military training environments.

A strong focus on people, performance and stakeholder relationships is essential. The role offers a permanent contract, typical hours Mon-Fri, with salary around £38k, at Pembrey Sands Air Weapons Range.

Qualifikationen

• Level 4 qualification in people management or facilities management.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• BPSS security clearance; some posts may require SC clearance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, supporting performance, wellbeing, capability and Health & Safety.
• Plan workloads, allocate resources and coordinate site operations.
• Manage budgets for operations, training, PPE and equipment.
• Ensure training areas, accommodation and estate facilities remain safe and compliant.
• Carry out inspections and identify maintenance and service delivery requirements.
• Manage contractors and service providers to deliver work safely and to standard.
• Support training bookings, facility handovers and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational, personnel, equipment and Health & Safety records.
• Build effective relationships with military customers, stakeholders and partner organisations.
