Job summary

Australasian Recruitment Company seeks a Facilities & Operations Manager to take ownership of a prestigious Central London building, delivering day-to-day facilities management, maintenance, compliance and workplace services while leading a dedicated team and a network of contractors.

You will plan preventive maintenance, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement through stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities management experience in a complex building.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations across a Central London building.
• Manage facilities teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure high service levels.
• Plan preventative maintenance and coordinate reactive repairs for MEP/building systems.
• Ensure statutory compliance, health and safety, and accurate maintenance records.
• Monitor budgets and supplier invoices; prepare operational reports.
