You will help recruit, retain and train frontline Building Cleaning staff through assessments and interviews, meet clients to review service performance, and plan mobile staff to cover sickness and leave while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager in managing service delivery and customer satisfaction across area-based sites.
• Recruit, retain, and train frontline Building Cleaning staff via assessments and interviews.
• Meet and visit customers to review service performance against standards.
• Conduct daily site visits to ensure high service standards and record inspections.
• Plan and allocate mobile staff to sites to cover absences due to sickness or leave.
