Job summary

Colbern Limited in Nottingham is seeking a reliable Facilities Assistant to support service delivery across designated sites. The role requires a valid DBS check and the ability to work a split shift from 6:00am–10:00am and 3:00pm–6:00pm, plus owning a car.

You will assist the Account Manager, help recruit and train frontline cleaning staff, visit sites to review performance, and allocate mobile teams to cover absences, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• 1. To assist the Account Manager by supporting the management of service delivery and customer satisfaction within a designated number of area-based sites. (Facilities Management Service Level Agreements/Contracts)
• 2. To undertake an active role in the recruitment, retention, and training / development of frontline Building Cleaning employees through application form assessment and interviewing candidates for cleaning and caretaking positions.
• 3. To meet and visit customers to ensure the service is providing high levels of customer satisfaction via discussions and planned meetings to review service performance at agreed and required standards.
• 4. To undertake site visits daily to ensure frontline employees are delivering high service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction. To record visits and provide inspections/audits to aid Account Managers in ensuring service standards are maintained as per contract requirement.
• 5. To plan, review and allocate mobile employees to sites in order to ensure absences occurring through employee sickness , absence and annual leave are covered satisfactorily.

Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Assistant

Need to have their own car and be able to do a split shift working 6:00am to 10:00am & 3:00pm to 6:00pm
