Job summary

Cognita Breaside School in Bromley is seeking a part-time Premises Manager (16 hours per week) to join the Site Team. You will support the Site Manager and help maintain a safe, welcoming school environment with attention to building maintenance, painting, decorating, and gardening tasks.

Workinghours – 16 hours per week (Thursdays & Fridays), all year round.

Who We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate would ideally have atleast one year’s experience of working within a school environment as aCaretaker or School Premises Assistant with a full, clean driving license. Youmust have general knowledge of building maintenance and procedures and relevantskills, including light painting & decorating and gardening.
