As an Early Years Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive. Working closely with the Head of Early Years and the wider Kindergarten team, you will support the delivery of outstanding early years education through effective planning, assessment, and day-to-day classroom leadership. You will help promote children's learning and personal development, build strong relationships with families, and ensure every child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.
