Potter Space is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the FM function across multiple business parks in the Leeds area. You will manage a modern HQ in Leeds city centre and travel to sites, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service for tenants and contractors.
You will report to the Head of Asset Management and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations while building strong tenant relationships and driving service improvements.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Facilities Manager to join the growing Potter Space team. As the new Facilities Manager you will take ownership of the Facilities Management function across a portfolio of strategically located business parks, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and maintained to high standards.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you'll work closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a proactive, relationship-led service.

The Role
As the Facilities Manager you will report into the Head of Asset Management and have the opportunity to help deliver outstanding customer service.
The role is based at our new modern headquarters in Leeds City centre with rooftop terrace, gym and close access to the train station with regular travel to our sites a key requirement of the role.
