Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee Hard FM services, monitor contractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety and contractual obligations. You will manage service providers, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvements across contracts.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with a minimum of five years in a supervisory FM role.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience within a Hard Facilities Management environment.
• Experience delivering multi-service FM contracts and working with PFI schemes is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyse contractual documentation and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Hard FM services and monitor contractor performance.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Manage service providers and respond to operational issues and emergencies.
• Produce reports, analyse performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
