Job summary

Savills is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the promotion and delivery of bespoke FM services on occupied floors, overseeing cleaning, security, M&E and H&S, with contractor management and budget control.

You will mobilise demised contracts, manage variations and renewals, ensure legal and safety compliance, risk assessments and incident response, and coordinate client and contractor activities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous Facilities Manager experience.
• Proven ability to develop good client relationships and manage tenants.
• Experience managing services to an agreed budget.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications or commitment to same.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to prepare risk assessments and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote, mobilise and manage demised services contracts with property occupiers.
• Draft new contracts and process variations and renewals.
• Coordinate ad hoc works with clients and contractors.
• Maintain Datastation Health & Safety system.
• Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements including Health & Safety.
• Prepare risk assessments maintaining target compliance.
• Keep quarterly checklists updated on Datastation.
• Inspect client floors as per FMA schedule.
• Maintain high site standards in cleaning, repair and presentation.
• Visit clients quarterly and report or resolve issues.
• Act as first point of contact for Savills Helpdesk in emergencies.
