Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operation of a large industrial and office facility in Cumbernauld. The role requires ownership of building services management and close collaboration with engineering teams.

You will manage contractors, drive service excellence, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining records and budgets within a permanent on-site position.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience as Facilities Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for facilities management across the site.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Manage site budgets and monitor expenditure.
• Liaise with engineering teams and external contractors.
• Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI monitoring.
