Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Milton Keynes is seeking a Facilities Manager for a full-time initial 6-month contract with a view to going permanent. You will work with operations to keep the workplace efficient and compliant, while managing suppliers and budgets.

The role oversees daily office and building operations, maintains records, and coordinates facilities teams and contractors. A 37.5-hour week (8:30am–5pm) is standard, with a salary of up to £50,000.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operational team to ensure efficient workplace operations.
• Oversee day-to-day office and building operations and services.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes.
• Maintain facilities records, compliance docs, reports, and asset information.
• Coordinate communication across facilities teams and contractors.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental, and security standards across locations.
