• Own and coordinate site-wide engineering and compliance activities, ensuring statutory and company requirements are met.
• Plan and oversee routine inspections, audits, and compliance schedules.
• Maintain records and documentation to support regulatory requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team while driving continuous improvement.
