Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Area Property Operations Manager to oversee facilities and property operations across HMP Stile and HMP Thorn Cross.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day property, estates and facilities operations across both sites.
Oversee maintenance, security, compliance and associated services.
Monitor performance against health & safety, cost, programme and quality targets.
Identify risks/issues and implement appropriate remedial actions.
Manage technical specifications and safety documentation through to implementation.
Manage stakeholders, contractors and technical teams.
Ensure statutory, regulatory and organisational compliance.
Provide reporting on performance, risks and operational issues.
Support continuous improvement across property and facilities operations.
Key Requirements
Strong background in property, estates, facilities or building operations management.
Experience within a complex, regulated or operational environment.
Good knowledge of maintenance, compliance, health & safety and technical requirements.
Experience managing contractors and stakeholders.
Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and sites effectively.
